So I am in long transition from relaxed to natural as of today well not technically because I havent used relaxer since April.
Okay so I have been looking at a lot of hair blogs lately, taking a lot of notes, so I took a different approach to deep conditioning this week ...
Pre -poo with Olive oil moisturising hair lotion
Shampoo - with Elasta QP recovery <--- I bought this after a review from Rebecca , its great because it doesn't have sulphates, which often leaves hair feeling quite dry.
Deep Conditioner - Olive Oil replenishing conditioner
Pure Castor Oil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olive Oil hair mayonnaise
Step 1 I mixed a generous amount in a bowl
Step 2 applied to my hair with my hand making sure I got all areas especially my roots
Step 3 I put on my conditioning cap {I got from my local black hair shop 99p} for 1h+
Step 4 I rinsed my hair and it felt incredibly soft and moisturised
Step 5 I air-dried my hair, constantly running my fingers through it de-tangling,
Step 6 halfway though when it was damp I applied Elasta QP Moisturiser
I put my hair in a bun and let it be.
I just tried flat twists which I 'll take out in the morning but I can already tell they're going to be flop. Ehhh you win some you lose some right?

Yaaay team transition!! Do you have any idea how long you plan to transition for?
